The staff was attentive, friendly, and genuinely eager to ensure that our visit was enjoyable. They were knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations. They speak at least 3 languages(Spanish, English and Romanian) Additionally, the establishment was impeccably clean, which is always a plus in my book. The overall taste of the environment complemented the culinary delights, creating a memorable dining experience that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful meal out. I can’t wait to return! ”

“ The dishes were truly exceptional – we had a delicious salad made with potatoes, eggs, octopus, and mayonnaise that was full of flavor and perfectly balanced. The highlight was the slow-cooked Iberian pork – tender, juicy, and packed with rich, savory taste. The service was warm and attentive, and the ambiance cozy and inviting. A great spot for anyone looking to enjoy authentic Spanish cuisine at its best. Highly recommended! ”

“ Have visited twice now and the food is fantastic. In fact the second time was even better! We had a selection of starters, beginning with an octopus potato onion and mayonnaise salad that was as good to look at as it tasted. Beef carpaccio with sun dried tomato, Parmesan, a few salad leaves and dressed with olive oil followed. This had capers too, which I’m not keen on, but they’re easy to push to one side. Next was breaded chicken fillets with honey and mustard sauce. They were a touch salty on the night we visited, but were very tasty all the same. Finally the calamari arrived and it was a revelation. Presented in strips rather than the more usual circles, it had a wonderful light batter. There’s some tough competition in Santa Pola, but this calamari is hard to beat. This isn’t the cheapest restaurant in town, but it’s far from the most expensive either. The table settings and food all scream quality and this restaurant deserved to be much busier than it was when we visited. ”

“ Amazing food through and through. The fusion of what could easily pass for a fancy meal with simpler, authentic dishes that are perfectly executed, makes up for one fine dining experience. Great, attentive service and a jug of sangria to top of the stunning food and you’ve got yourself a winner. I am going through my head trying to retroengineer their slow cooked Iberico pork chop - this must have been the best pork I’ve ever had. ”

“ Recommend to reserve ahead of time as it got full and limited tables. At first we were greeted with a little hostility, I believe it was because we were judged as ignorent tourists without a reservation. But that quickly disappeared when we began speaking the very basics in Spanish. It is a slightly upmarket place. Really nice meal. We got a buretta salad, vegan burgers, and Brazillian cheese bites. The chips were a little undercooked, but we didn't mind. Service was friendly after our initial interaction, and were very accomidating with requests. I didn't try the wine, but the draft beer was nice. ”

“ I meet a group there every week in the morning. The employees are courteous and service is fast. The food is fresh, the coffee is good. Close to the harbor, but without the higher prices. No problem getting seats. Recommended. ”

We loved the salmon starter and the fish and roasted potato main and the cheese cake is out of this world! Thanks for the best food in santa pola. Slick modern interior and the whole team here are genuine. Oh and the best sangria I had in Spain, proper boozy and fruity! We love you guys! Razia & Dan xx ”
